Car Kit:

The SX series, which enhances traction with a high mount motor, has been redesigned to double deck specifications! A limited edition red version is also available. Corresponding to high speed driving with a significant improvement in pitching rigidity, quick handling and sharp turning has evolved even further. The front bulkhead is fully loaded with optional parts, such as a one-piece aluminum body, and this is already a competitive kit that responds quickly to severe steering operations.

High-quality finish with plenty of red anodized aluminum parts. A highly rigid integral bulkhead improves stability.The shocks are equipped with an aluminum super low friction shock.
Around the front that eliminates the bulkhead bridge and draws out the twist of the supple chassis. Prevents spin from being caught by the tire, resulting in mild steering characteristics.
Graphite upper deck with significantly improved pitching rigidity. The steering system is a highly evaluated slide rack specification, which draws out neutral characteristics throughout the range of motion.
The newly designed battery holder is designed for low-height batteries. Two types of battery holders are included, and standard size batteries can also be installed.
The rear side inherits the SX series, and the motor mount also comes with a special type of heat sink shape. The motor is rotated in 7 steps around the spur gear shaft, allowing fine adjustment of the weight balance.

ESC:

Yokomo have introduced their new RPX-II Drift Spec speed controller that is specially outfitted for demanding drift car racing. Rated at 160A the ESC can even handle high-powered motors and it offers a 6V/7.4V BEC system with up to 6A, allowing to use power-hungry digital servos and gyros alongside without missing a beat. Premium-grade FETs ensure a super low internal resistance for crisp power supply and a specially-tuned firmware with a factory-tweaked basic setup provides a unique control advantage on low-grip surfaces. Using Yokomo’s BL-WM WiFi module or the RPX-II programming box, the speedo’s software features can be individually tuned to meed the driver’s needs. The controller measures 32.9×34.6×19.6mm and it weighs in at 44g.

Gyro:

This super high performance new generation drift steering gyro supports a wide range of users, ranging from drift beginners to high-level competition participants with newly developed circuitry to give the user 4 selectable modes.

With the latest high-performance semiconductor chipset and programming, it helps to eliminate any undesired steering shake from gyro operation.
Detecting excessive movement and reducing the chance of unsettling the chassis. Giving the user unparalleled control over almost any surface.

The quad control system, which is a revolutionary new function, is roughly divided into two: “dual gain mode” and “dual gain control”.

In dual gain mode, ASSIST (assist) and NOR (normal) can be switched by the dip switch. In the ASSIST mode, correction of the gyroscope works strongly against driver’s operation and steering inputs. Allowing even total beginners to enjoy RWD drifting with ease. In NOR mode, the driver’s steering operation is prioritized, making it possible for you to counter steer your chassis allowing more control over larger movements of the steering range.

In dual gain control the gain can be adjusted in the range of SOFT and HARD respectively. In SOFT mode it will be easier to obtain initial front grip by suppressing the initial response of the gyro, taking away a little of the punch, making for tighter more controlled transitions. So it will be suitable for driving on smaller low grip tile and carpet track surfaces. In HARD mode, it is set for driving beginners and large-scale track layouts by increasing the initial response of the gyro.

We have also included an endpoint adjustment button that allows you to set the travel of the servo through the gyro, preventing any unwanted stress on the steering system, reducing power drain and overheating your servo.

The all new design aluminum case has a crisp thin design and the beveled edge has been given a luxurious gold anodizing. Designed to make fine adjustments a breeze and switch access is massively improved.
 

The new gyro has applied very high sensitive detect circuit in it in order to capture the behavior of drift car in accurate.  It is far beyond sensitive rather than the conventional gyro perform, therefore it will need to be installed at the proper place which is away from the vibration devices such as motor fans. It may cause malfunctions due to detect the unexpected vibration, and automatic neutral setting at start up may not be performed as normal.
